The newly refurbished Superior Room I stayed in was spacious and had a high-spec bathroom with luxury toiletries. the hotel staff were friendly and efficient, providing excellent customer service. the location, just a short stroll from Oxford Circus and Regent's Park, was perfect for exploring the vibrant area. Overall, a great value, multi-award winning hotel in the heart of London's West End. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Cheers to more adventures!
